After-sales commitments

The Shipping Policy covers preparation and transit. Returns include defective and non-defective new goods, and exchanges are offered. A non-defective item must remain new, unused, and in its original state. Seek authorization within 30 calendar days following delivery, then use the complimentary prepaid label packed with the shipment; no restocking charge applies.
